Elizabeth Lucas is a founding producer of the New York Musical Theatre Festival and a director of new musicals. She provides written evaluations and personal consultations
for
musical theatre scripts at any stage of development.
$60 – Synopsis Evaluation: Commentary on how your synopsis could be more effective (6-page maximum synopsis length)
$150 – Full Read: A one page response to your script and demo CD, including a summary of where it is in its development and what you need to focus on (140-page maximum script length)
$300 – Full Evaluation: A 4-6 page full evaluation, with a logline and commentary on structure, story, character, dialog, theme, etc. (140-page maximum script length)
$200 – Full Read Supplement: A Full Evaluation after the Full Read one page response
Email to discuss hourly rates for ongoing dramaturgical work. Timetable for return will be set at the time of your request. Payment is by Paypal or check, with evaluation emailed upon receipt and/or agreed-upon deadline. All evaluation comments are strictly artistic - how you can best tell the story you're trying to tell - and are not opinions on the commercial viability of the work.
